What’s the story with the drink tokens?

We have limited parking available on the property, and we want to attract as many attendees as possible. SO, with our Responsible Rodeo Rideshare Reward program, folks who use any rideshare method get a drink token on us.

Where’s the rideshare drop-off?

The drop-off for Uber, Lyft, limousines, or Grandma is the same place: Entrance #1, where contestants and VIP enter.

What if my friend drops us off and then goes to another entrance and parks on the property anyway?

Then you’ll all have to live with the guilt of taking advantage of a non-profit. You don’t want that on your conscience, do you?

Where do we enter the property if we’re parking there?

Coming from the railroad tracks on the east side of King Road, you will enter the first entrance (Entrance 3) on your right and follow the lateral to the large parking zone on the west side of the property. Coming from Swan Falls on the west side of King Road, you will enter the second entrance (Entrance 2) on your left and park in the zone along King Road.

What is the cost for parking, and can I pay in advance?

Parking is $5 per vehicle. We will only be taking cash on the spot, so be sure to have an Abe or 5 Georges in your billfold.

Wait, you won’t have change?

Yes, of course, we’ll have change! It just makes the process of getting everyone parked and into the venue so much faster when you bring the exact amount.

What if I don’t like the direction I’m being told to leave on my out?

If you choose to ignore the folks with flashlights and flags telling you to leave in a specific direction, you create a safety hazard and delay the process of getting everyone else home in a timely manner. Waze will recalculate for you.
