Give a Rodeo Buckle a New Story at the Kuna Stampede Special Needs Rodeo

A rodeo buckle can represent a championship, a special memory, or years spent celebrating the Western way of life. This year, the Kuna Stampede Rodeo is inviting cowboys, cowgirls, rodeo families, and community members to help those buckles begin a new chapter.

We are collecting used rodeo and Western heritage buckles to give to participants in the 2026 Kuna Stampede Special Needs Rodeo.

The Special Needs Rodeo will be held Saturday, September 5, 2026 from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m. Participants and their families will also be invited to enjoy breakfast that morning and stay to watch rodeo slack afterward.

A Meaningful Keepsake for Every Participant

We are preparing to welcome up to 50 participants, and our hope is for each one to leave with a meaningful buckle they can proudly call their own.

Donated buckles do not need to be new. We welcome rodeo and Western heritage buckles of all shapes and sizes. Buckles that are not selected by a participant this year will be safely saved for future Kuna Stampede Special Needs Rodeos, so donations can continue to make a difference for years to come.

How to Donate a Buckle

To donate a buckle or arrange a drop-off, please email:

Our team will follow up with information about where and when your buckle can be delivered.

Whether the buckle comes from a championship, a favorite rodeo, or simply represents your family’s connection to the Western community, it could become a treasured keepsake for one of our participants.

Help Us Share the Rodeo Spirit

The Kuna Stampede Special Needs Rodeo is about creating an encouraging and welcoming experience where every participant can enjoy the excitement of rodeo.

By donating a buckle, you are sharing more than a piece of Western heritage. You are helping create a memory that a participant and their family can carry with them long after rodeo weekend is over.

Please help us spread the word and keep the buckles coming.
